A THIRTY TO FORTY HOUR WORKSHOP

Option 1: Equistria Staff Development Workshop

The Equistria Corporate Workshops, hosted at the Equistria Venue in Bloemfontein or specific venues in Cape Town or Gauteng, offer corporate and sport teams an opportunity to attend an integrative cutting-edge equine-assisted-quantum and awareness program or parts of it, to allow radical improvements and take teams from good to great.

The workshops will allow each team member to fully engage with an inspired and excited new perspective about their place and purpose in their team or workplace. Five different workshop options and seven different timeline options, provide the freedom to choose what will work best for each group to address their specific needs.

These affordable workshops are specifically organized to cause the least amount of interruption in busy schedules. The complete Equistria Staff or Team Development Workshop can be presented over 5 days or 2 weekends or if necessary, 12 hours of online presentations can be done, which leaves 1 weekend for practical experience. On request, these workshops can also be hosted in Cape Town or Gauteng, but the options are limited to specific collaborating venues with specialized Equine facilities.

Join us for a serene, yet intense reflective time-out from daily influences to allow each team member to find and stay true to their essence within a group setup and use it as a springboard to re-align with the group’s purpose.

During this life changing period, delegates will work through structured principles based on a Linear Physical Perception and an Integrative Quantum Awareness. These structures will pave the way to a new integrated perception of life, where an expanded awareness will lead the way to a life of presence, flow, and inspired action. Enough time for reflection and practical synchronistic life experiences will allow delegates to walk away with living tools in the form of life movies as well as life skills, to create a space of sustainable transformation and inspired integration.

Option 2: Equistria Life Purpose Workshop

The Equistria Equine-Assisted-Quantum and Vision Workshop is about allowing delegates to find their purpose and dare to dream individually and collectively in a group set-up, by focusing on the principles of co-creation. This workshop is presented over 1 weekend. Delegates on management level will learn how to support each individual’s highest excitements to create the team of their dreams.

Option 3: Equistria Empowerment Workshop

The Equistria Equine-Assisted-Quantum and Empowerment Workshop is about allowing delegates to experience the power of influence and understand how to create the best working environment individually and collectively, through the principles of focus and pivoting. This workshop is presented over 1 day.

a Half-DAY WORKSHOP

Option 4: Equistria Profiling Workshops

The Equistria Equine-Assisted-Quantum and Profiling Workshop is about allowing delegates to experience the power and freedom of self-knowledge, while allowing space for diversity in a group set-up. This workshop is presented over 5 hours with the option of choosing to focus on the temperaments of the delegates by using an energetic profiling system or to focus on the personalities of the delegates by using the Enneagram.

A THREE HOUR WORKSHOP

Option 5: Equistria Equine Assisted Workshop

The Equistria Equine Assisted Team Workshop is about allowing delegates to reconnect with themselves, which will allow them to be authentic and serve their team in the best way possible. No presentations are necessary, and the delegates will go straight to the equine assisted experience, which will provide awareness in a synchronistic way in the moment to uncover blind-spots and allow space to find solutions.

Basic program outline

The Itinerary

The Equistria Corporate Workshop rates exclude accommodation and group rates apply. Our Workshop packages include all activities and facilitation as listed in the itinerary, as well as coffee stations for the duration of the workshop. Plant-based meals and optional activities like individual Journey and Tension release sessions can be included on request. Packages will increase for other venues, according to their rates, including the equine facilities and the facilitator’s traveling and accommodation expenses. Rates include VAT.
