The Equine Facilitated Processes remain our main approach, where the ground activities with the horses display metaphorically exactly what beliefs are active in the client’s internal world, as well as the client’s perceptions of the outside world, in a moment-by-moment mirroring effect.
With the equine experiences as platform, we allow the client to follow their inner guidance system, to become aware of what is working for them. This helps them to reconnect with themselves and re-discover their essence again. The process continues through mindfulness, breathing techniques, tension release exercises, and other supportive approaches.
This provides the platform to create life movies of their highest excitements and dreams, which engages all their senses, while enjoying and following the magical experiences of synchronicity.
