During this life changing week retreat, guests will work through structured principles based on a Linear Physical Perception and an Integrative Energetic Awareness. The retreat package includes all Activities and Facilitation as listed in the Downloadable Itinerary with Pricing. The package includes luxury 5-star Accommodation for 9 Nights at the Westin Spa Hotel with Airport Transfers for groups, all Breakfast and Lunches with specified menu options at local Restaurants, as well as a final Celebration Dinner, Health Snacks and Beverages, a Signature Detox Massage at the Westin Spa, to kickstart our Physical and Emotional Detoxification Program with free access to its Steam Room, Whirlpool, Infinity Lap Pool and Fitness Studio to reset and find a sense of wellbeing and balance, Guided Meditations and Mindfulness Activities, Tension Release Processes, Equine Assisted Activities, Life Counseling focused on custom processes for individual needs, Time for Reflection and Integration, Campfire and Writing Ceremonies, Creation of Life Movies and Presentation Material with Tools, as well as Gifts to take home. Also included are excursions to specific Tourism Attractions, e.g., the Table Mountain Cableway, the Babylonstoren Wine Estate Cellar Tour with Lunch at their Green House, an outing to Green Market Square and another Lunch at the Grand Africa Cafe and Beach Restaurant, as well as to Monkey Valley Resort with its secluded beach.

Excluded are Airfare, Travel Insurance and Visas, all Alcoholic Drinks and a Mini Bar Account for additional stock, Lunches outside of specified menu options, all Dinners, except for the Celebration Dinner, to allow for exploration of Local Attractions during open times and evenings, Activity extras or additional Detox Sessions or Spa Treatments. Also excluded are additional Attractions, e.g., the famous Robben Island where Nelson Mandela stayed and Adventure or Adrenaline activities, e.g., Paragliding or Abseiling from Table Mountain or the Atlantis Dunes Quad Biking, if weather permits it. Rates are dependent on seasons and include VAT.
