Option 1: Meraki Meditative Quantum and Journey Workshop

The Meraki Meditative Journey Workshop offers a supportive, safe space for guests to find their way to emotional freedom. This meditative quantum-and-awareness workshop is a combination of principles, approaches, and experiences to support the process of releasing past traumas, emotional addictions, and co-dependent relationships to recover your essence and live your truth.

The word MERAKI means doing something with soul, creativity, or love. So, knowing that we put something of ourselves into whatever we are doing, and knowing quantum physics state, that everything is vibrational and thus connected, we can consciously send our intent out into the universe, and participate deliberately in the foundational principle of life, which is the Law of Oneness.

Four different workshop options and six different timeline options, provide the freedom to choose what will work best for each group to address their specific needs.

These affordable workshops are specifically organized to cause the least amount of interruption in busy schedules. The complete Meraki Meditative Quantum and Journey Workshop can be presented over 5 days or 2 weekends or if necessary, 12 hours of online presentations can be done, which leaves 1 weekend for practical experience. On request, these workshops can also be hosted in Cape Town or Gauteng, but the options are limited to specific collaborating venues with specialized Equine facilities. Alternatively, the equine processes can be dropped and replaced with more individual journey processes, which will allow the use of any venue.

Enjoy guided meditations and individual journey processes with reflective fire ceremonies, yoga or tension release exercises and equine assisted processes, as well as life-changing presentations with skills and tools to catalyze inspiration and a new way of life.

During this life changing period, guests will work through structured principles based on a Linear Physical Perception and an Integrative Quantum Awareness. These structures will pave the way to a new integrated perception of life, where an expanded awareness will lead the way to a life of presence, flow, and inspired action. Enough time for reflection and individual journey processes will allow Guests to walk away with living tools in the form of life movies as well as life skills, to be able to live a life of freedom and authenticity. The Meraki Studio offers ongoing online support and the resources for an enlightened spiritual integration process.

Option 2: Meraki Emotional Transformation Workshop

The Meraki Emotional Transformation Workshop is about allowing guests to start a journey of emotional healing and freedom, by understanding how shutdowns occur physically, emotionally, and mentally, and experiencing how to break free from it all in a step-by-step process. This workshop is presented over 1 weekend, with ongoing online support available.

Option 3: Meraki Emotional Empowerment Workshop

The Meraki Emotional Empowerment Workshop is about allowing guests to experience the power of influence and understand how to create the best environment individually and collectively, through the principles of focus and pivoting. This workshop is presented over 1 day.

A HALF-DAY WORKSHOP

Option 4: Meraki Profiling and Journey Workshop

The Meraki Profiling and Journey Workshop is about allowing guests to experience the power and freedom of self-knowledge, while allowing space for diversity in a family set-up. This workshop is presented over 5 hours with the option of choosing to focus on the temperaments of the guests by using an energetic profiling system or to focus on the personalities of the guests by using the Enneagram.

The Itinerary

The Meraki Emotional Freedom Workshop rates exclude accommodation and group rates apply. Our Workshop packages include all activities and facilitation as listed in the itinerary, as well as coffee stations for the duration of the workshop. Plant-based meals can be included on request. Packages will increase for other venues, according to their rates, including the equine facilities and the facilitator’s traveling and accommodation expenses. Rates include VAT.
